1. Introduction

Welcome to Bravorae. These terms govern your access and use of our offerings in AI software development, AI integration into business, and related services.

2. Scope

These terms apply to services, digital learning materials, and physical goods offered on Bravorae (braveraa.pro).

3. Service Provisions

3.1 Service Offerings

We develop custom AI applications, integrate AI tools into business workflows, and offer ongoing technical support.

3.2 Scheduling and Postponements

Clients may reschedule scheduled service sessions up to 48 hours prior via contact form. Sessions not rescheduled in time are deemed rendered and no further amendment is permitted.

3.3 Reimbursement Policy for Services

Eligible reimbursement requests must be submitted within 7 days of session completion via contact form. Approved requests are processed within 14 days of approval notification. Certain on-demand services are exempt from reimbursement due to resource allocation; this is noted at the time of purchase.

4. Digital Learning Materials

4.1 Access and Delivery

Upon purchase, digital materials are accessible through your account dashboard.

4.2 Reimbursement Policy for Digital Materials

Clients may request reimbursement within 30 days of purchase via contact form. Materials once downloaded are not eligible for reimbursement due to the nature of digital access.

5. Physical Goods

5.1 Shipping and Delivery

Physical goods are dispatched within 5 business days. Delivery details are provided via email.

5.2 Reimbursement and interactions platform for Goods

Unopened items may be shipped back for reimbursement within 14 days of delivery. To initiate the process, please contact our team via contact form. We will remit funds to the original payment method.

Opened or used items are not eligible for reimbursement due to hygiene and quality assurance standards.
